What Atlantis Excavation LLC is All About?
We originate from the beautiful state of Oaxaca, Mexico. We’re very friendly, responsible, extremely hard working and open to new horizons. We are true craftsmen and perfection is something we expect from ourselves. We hope to get the chance to demonstrate our work ethic and service with builders, land owners, homeowners, and more. We’ve lived in the state of Washington for more than 20 years (some of us our entire life), and we are located in Snohomish county, WA.
We belong to a large and wonderful family of parents, siblings, cousins, grandparents and more. Presently we do not have kids but love the opportunity to get to know our nephews and nieces, as well as the six daughters of our crew (extended family). The family unit brings us together and gives us excitement for life and work. We’re ready for your next project!
Our advantage is our perfection mind frame and our work history. Starting in the early 2000’s, we’ve done everything related to excavation, from under the ground with a shovel to laying pipe to small equipment, to the largest equipment available. We’ve done all aspects of this job which gives us a unique perspective on quality and precision.
Another advantage of Atlantis Excavation Snohomish County is we absolutely love what we do, that is why we decided to start our own excavation company. We want to harness our knowledge and abilities to bring better quality, service and satisfaction to anyone who works with us. We will personally guarantee our work will be the best you’ve ever seen or experienced. We have been fortunate in that the excavation companies we have worked for/with have given us the opportunity to better ourselves and aiding us in becoming great operators and pipe installers. We’re thankful for our roots, training, and certifications we’ve earned along the way. These accomplishments make us love many things about this line of work.

We’ve seen it all. We’ve taken part in every part of the process. We see so many mistakes and limitations based on experience and expertise. Easy jobs for us seem difficult for others. Complicating and complex situations are few and far between because we’ve worked through it all In the humblest way, we can sincerely say we are needed in the excavating industry for Snohomish & King Counties. There are so many unqualified workers in the industry today, and so many people not willing to do hard labor. That’s not us! We love hard and challenging labor. It drives us to do more and better. We see workers claiming to be experienced come and go. We see simple jobs done incorrectly. We’re here to provide stability and consistency to the industry.

We can do all types of excavation jobs
Our company is fully equipped to handle all aspects of land preparation for residential and commercial construction projects. This includes everything from cleaning the property to installing driveways, as well as digging for new buildings, paving the first floor, or digging for the installing power and piping.
Our extensive experience with tasks such as backfilling and grading ensures that we are able to meet the needs of any client. Whether it is preparing the terrain for a new house or completing a complex commercial project, we have the skills and resources to get the job done right.
Process of Creating Driveways
Our team is highly skilled in preparing land for driveway installation, including adding or removing dirt to create a level surface that is ready for paving. We understand the importance of not only creating a visually appealing driveway, but also ensuring that it is properly graded to prevent water from flowing into the garage or building. We have experience with both rebuilding existing driveways and preparing land for new construction projects at the request of contractors or homeowners. Process for Building Sidewalks

Process of Building Curbs
Our extensive experience with flat work has equipped us with the knowledge and skills to properly prepare land for the installation of curbs. Process for Building Slopes
Our company excels at installing main sewer lines with precision and attention to detail. We have the expertise to accurately place sewer manholes at the required depth, even in challenging conditions such as steep slopes. It doesn’t matter how deep the sewer manhole is, we can install it to the exact point that is required on any set of plans. For many companies installing a sewer main at a slope of 0.5% or even 0.4% ranges from very difficult to impossible, but not for us. Whether it's at 0.5%, 25% or 30% we can work with it, we know how to do the work and also the requirements of the inspectors.
